The City of New York is soliciting bids for interior renovations to an existing courthouse building.

Interior work is scheduled to include application of a three-coat system of latex on ferrous metal, concrete block, drywall and painted wood surfaces. At least a single-coat system of latex will be applied to exposed piping, conduits, ductwork and miscellaneous equipment.
Surfaces must be cleaned and prepared in accordance with standards for Solvent Cleaning (SSPC-SP 1), Hand Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2), Power Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3) and Brush-Off Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 7/NACE No. 4).
Certification for SSPC-QP 3 is required.
