The City of Eagan, Minnesota, has awarded a project for rehabilitating the Lexington/Diffley Reservoir to Elevation Coatings LLC of St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Elevation Coatings was the lowest of three bidders with an awarded bid amount of $173,950. Additional bids included Classic Protective Coatings in the amount of $181,100, and TMI Coatings Inc. in the amount of $185,000.
Scope of Work
The awarded contractor will oversee the rehabilitation of the Lexington/Diffley Reservoir in Eagan County, Minnesota.
The 4-million-gallon reservoir will be spot power-tool cleaned, power washed (2,500-3,500 psi), spot epoxy primed and coated with an epoxy intermediate and acrylic-polyurethane finish.
The owner-approved coating manufacturer is Tnemec, or an approved equal.
