Job Description:
Oversee each project
Estimating
Coordinate purchases and deliveries
Assist with any problem solving to minimize and cost
Follow up with customer with appropriate authority after project completion
Create and maintain all required files, reports, and documents for projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate changes across the entire project team. Communicate the impact of scope change to stakeholders.
Skills:
Must be familiar working with General Contractors and Sub-contractors
Ability to read and work with construction blueprints
Quick bid proficient
Be adept to working on commercial paint projects
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to communicate difficult messages tactfully
3-5 years experience project managing
