Peachtree City, Georgia, is soliciting bids for the Tennis Center Pro-Shop renovations.

Scope of Work
This project involves renovations of the existing Peachtree City Tennis Pro-Shop. This includes replacement of standing roof seams and awning canopies, soffit, fascia, downspouts, gutters, double entry doors, carpet, gypsum board ceilings and painting of new gypsum board ceilings and walls.
Exterior work involves application of a three-coat latex system on steel and fiber cement substrates.

Surfaces must be cleaned and prepared in accordance with standards for Solvent Cleaning (SSPC-SP 1), Hand Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2) and Power Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3).
Owner-specified manufacturers for this project include Benjamin Moore, Duron, PPG Paints and Sherwin-Williams.
