Scope of Work
This project involves exterior repainting and renovations to the Kau`iokahaloa Nui UH Faculty Housing Complex in Honolulu.
Exterior work involves application of a three-coat system of latex on painted wood, non-ferrous metal, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel and concrete masonry surfaces.

Surfaces must be cleaned and prepared in accordance with standards for Hand Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2), Power Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3) and Waterjetting Prior to Recoating (SSPC-SP 12/NACE No. 5).
Owner-specified manufacturers for this project include Benjamin Moore & Co. or approved equal.
