A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. on July 25 at the project site. Prospective bidders are advised to RSVP for the pre-bid meeting by 5 p.m. on July 24 by contacting MIL.Projects@ct.gov.

Interior work is scheduled to include application of a three-coat system of latex on exposed wood substrates; ferrous metal, galvanized metal and aluminum substrates; concrete masonry substrates; and gypsum board walls, soffits and ceilings.
Surfaces must be cleaned and prepared in accordance with standards for Solvent Cleaning (SSPC-SP 1), Hand Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2) and Power Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3).
Owner-specified manufacturers for this project include Benjamin Moore & Co., PPG Paints and Sherwin-Williams.
