Scope of Work
This project involves reconstruction and painting to Memorial Park Stadium in Quakertown, Pennsylvania.
Exterior work involves applicatioin of a three-coat latex system on concrete, masonry, stucco, ferrous metal, galvanized metal and aluminum substrates. A three-coat alkyd system is required on specified ferrous metal, galvanized metal and aluminum substrates.
Interior work is scheduled to include application of a three-coat latex system on concrete masonry units, gypsum board, plaster, wood, ferrous metal and galvanized metal surfaces. A three-coat alkyd system is required on specified concrete masonry and galvanized metal surfaces.

Surfaces must be cleaned and prepared in accordance with standards for Hand Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2), Power Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3) and Commercial Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 6/NACE No. 3).
The owner-specified manufacturers for this project are Benjamin Moore, Coronado, ICI Dulux Paints, Kelly-Moore, M.A.B. Paint, PPG Paints and Sherwin-Williams.
