Surfaces will require preparation to accept new coatings by means of solvent cleaning, hand tool cleaning, power tool cleaning, pressure washing and abrasive blast cleaning. Existing window frames and doors will require sanding and existing minor defects and cracks shall be patched prior to the application of coatings. The work also includes applying new sealant at window frames and doors where it is missing.
The manufacturer specified for this project is Benjamin Moore.
