Bids Wanted for HI Firing Range Maintenance

The city and county of Honolulu, Hawaii, are seeking bids for the maintenance of the Police Department Training Academy indoor firing range.

The submittal date for this project is May 10.

Scope of Work

In this project, all exterior metal surfaces are to be coated using a three-coat system that consists of one coat of exterior primer followed by two coats of latex. Wood on the exterior is to be coated using a three-coat system that is made up of one coat of latex primer and two coats of latex.

All interior gypsum surfaces are to be coated using a three-coat system that will consist of one coat of latex primer and two coats of acrylic. Concrete floor and base surfaces are to be coated using three coats of urethane.

Finally, all exposed concrete masonry will be coated using a three-coat system that will be made up of one coat of latex block filler followed by two coats of latex semi-gloss finish.

The brand specified for this project are Benjamin Moore and Glidden Professional.
