The Indian River County School District in Vero Beach, Florida, is seeking bids for the exterior painting of one middle school.

There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Jan. 20 at 11:15 am. The Indian River County School District notes that contractors who arrive after 11:25 a.m. will not be permitted to participate in the bidding process.
Scope of Work
In this project, the exterior of the building will be pressure cleaned and bleached prior to coatings. All exterior stucco shall be coated using a three-coat system that is made up of one coat of Sherwin-Williams Loxon Masonry coatings followed by two coats of Sherwin-Williams Resilience Acrylic Satin.
