All interior concrete surfaces will be coated using a three-coat system that consists of three coats of latex. Interior steel will be coated using a three-coat system that is made up of one coat of primer and two coats of latex. Wood surfaces are to be coated using a three-coat system that is consisting of three coats of latex.
All steel surfaces are to be cleaned using the standards associated with Power-Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3), Commercial Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 6), and Brush-Off Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 7).
The brands specified for this project are Benjamin Moore, Coronado, Dunn-Edwards, Kelly-Moore, PPG, Pratt & Lambert, Rust-Oleum and Sherwin-Williams.
