The Spring Branch Independent School District in Houston is seeking bids for the replacement of an elementary school.

In this project, concrete surfaces will be coated using a two-coat system that consists of one coat of primer and one coat of acrylic enamel finish. All gypsum board surfaces will be coated using a three-coat system that is made up of one coat of primer and two coats of latex enamel.
Metal surfaces will be coated using a three-coat system. This system will be made up of one coat of primer and two coats of full-gloss alkyd enamel. Metal surfaces to be coated shall be cleaned with the standards associated with Near-White Metal Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 10), Hand-Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2) and Power-Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3).
The brands specified for this project are Benjamin Moore, PPG and Sherwin-Williams.
