Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Foreman-Painting and Coatings to cover North and South Carolina. This position requires experience in Floor Coating Services. There are numerous opportunities for consistent overtime, travel, and career advancement for hardworking candidates.

With your significant experience in applying Floor Coating Systems, as an Industrial Painter and Floor Coatings Supervisor you will lead a team of industrial painters to successfully complete large flooring projects in industrial and manufacturing facilities. You will work with the industry’s best industrial painters and project managers to provide an essential service to critical industries. You will be responsible for leading multiple field crews to properly prepare and install a wide variety of floor coating and lining systems.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ year of direct experience performing floor coating services
- 1+ years of experience supervising a crew team
- Working knowledge of flooring with slopes, grades, and drains
- Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work extended hours, weekends and holidays on occasions when required
- Be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day while performing work
- Be able to withstand high levels of dust, noise, or extreme temperatures while working (proper personal protective equipment will be provided to you)
- Be able to wear company-provided respiratory protection for extended periods of time in demanding atmospheres
- Be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects such as hoses and other blasting equipment on a regular basis (that can sometimes weigh up to 100 lbs.)
- Be able to work in confined space areas
- Must have reliable transportation and be available for significant travel
