Aerotek is currently accepting applications for an opening within a paint department with a manufacturing company in York, PA. Job Description: - The Loader/Painter will be working in the metal fabrication shop, loading parts onto trucks, painting parts with Industrial Paint equipment and doing general metal finishing procedures.
- The loader painter will be trained to run overhead crane to large metal parts onto trucks for shipping and strap them down. They will also be trained to spray paint metal in an industrial setting.
- Business is picking up and this individual may also help in fabrication or welding areas where necessary. Running saws, plasma table, etc when loads are slow.
Pay: $14/hour + OT
Shift: 7am-3:30pm first shift, with OT starting as early as 5am.
Qualifications: - Overhead Crane Experience
- Experience working with large metal products (Ideally structural steel)
- Forklift/Loader Experience
Preferred Experience but not required:
- Direct Spray Painting in an industrial setting is a plus, but not required as they will train
