Position Summary The Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant is responsible for the following basic functions:
Ensure that the products processed within the facility meet the part specifications per the Job Sheet. Perform quality checks using prescribed inspection, testing and sampling procedures; record and inform supervisor of results;
Monitor production departments’ work practices throughout assigned shift, document and inform department manager and/or supervisor on any discrepancies found.
Entering Data from hand written logs and reports generated from each department into electronic spreadsheets as well as additional assigned tasks.Reports to: Director of Quality, Plant Manager and Owners
