Job Description: - Oversee each Commercial project
- Estimating
- Coordinate purchases and deliveries
- Assist with any problem solving to minimize and cost
- Follow up with customer with appropriate authority after project completion
- Create and maintain all required files, reports, and documents for projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate changes across the entire project team. Communicate the impact of scope change to stakeholders.
Skills: - Must be familiar working with General Contractors and Sub-contractors
- Ability to read and work with construction blueprints
- Quick bid proficient
- Be adept to working on commercial paint projects
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to communicate difficult messages tactfully
- Have thorough knowledge of all aspects of Commerical Paint (technology, equipment, methods, etc.)
- understanding of Company and industry practices, processes, and standards and their impact on project activities
- 5-10 years Senior project managing Commercial projects
