Our anodizing and industrial coating client is currently seeking a Production Manager in their office just east of Pittsburgh, PA.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Monitor Efficiency and Productivity of Production Personnel
  • Utilize Production Personnel and Equipment
  • Supervise Production Employees
  • Requisition Materials, chemicals, tooling, and equipment

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree and/or Relevant Experience
  • 2+ Years' Experience in a Supervisory or Management Role
  • Department of Defense (DoD) Experience
  • Production Painting, Plating, Anodizing, Powder Coating, or related finishing experience
  • Six Sigma Belt Preferred
