Responsibilities of the Painter include, but are not limited to: - Ability to evaluate, inspect surfaces and prepare subject areas using techniques such as sanding, blasting, wire-brush, scraping, brushing-out, rolling and cleaning
- Proficiency in blending, mixing, toning additives, masking, spraying/applying/baking in the powder-coating process in addition to polyurethane-, marine-, latex paints and any protective coating as required
- Proficiency in performing equipment maintenance, maintain a safe environment around paint spray-, sand blast booth, oven, bead blaster and other power equipment
- Interface with other production personnel and engineering as well as administrative personnel
