Manpower is currently hiring for a Painter to support our client's team, based out of Torrance, California!
Are you looking for a long term contract with a respectable company in the Aerospace industry? We have just the position for you in this rapidly growing trade.
FAA POSITION
Operates a spray painter to apply industrial paint finishes on metal products. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.
Requirements for this opportunity include High School diploma or equivalency, 1+ year experience in the field or related area, knowledge of common concepts, practices and procedures. Lifting 30+ lbs, consistently throughout the shift. Good attention to details. Candidate must pass a 5-panel drug screen and 7 year background check.
Lifting will exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant.
Work Schedule: First Shift , 6:00 am - 2:30 pm - Overtime when needed during the week and on Saturdays
