Scope of Work
This project involves construction and painting for the Site 2400 Maintenance and Administration Building.
Exterior work involves a three-coat system of latex rust-inhibitive primer and alkyd on all exterior substrates, including primed metal.
Interior work is scheduled to include a three-coat system of latex on gypsum board, wood and concrete masonry surfaces; a three-coat system of alkyd and latex on metal surfaces; and a two-coat system of concrete sealer on specified concrete flooring.
