Scope of Work
This project involves the painting of Barbee Towers in Clearwater, Florida.
Coating work is scheduled to include application of a two-coat latex system on previously-coated stucco and masonry surfaces, wood surfaces, and ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. A two-coat atex and alkyd-urethane system will be required on doors and frames.

A two-coat latex and epoxy system will be applied to drywall surfaces. A two-coat epoxy and urethane system is required on elevator doors. A two-coat urethane system will be required on stairway and floors.
Surfaces will require cleaning and preparation in accordance with standards for Solvent Cleaning (SSPC-SP 1), Hand Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2) and Power Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3). Specified surfaces will also require preparation by pressure washing.
