Interior work is scheduled to include application of a latex coating system on concrete, masonry, gypsum board and galvanized metal surfaces; a latex and polyurethane coating system on wood surfaces; and an alkyd coating system on ferrous and exposed metal surfaces, including the steel roof structure, roof deck, ductwork, piping and conduit.
Surfaces must be cleaned and prepared in accordance with standards for Solvent Cleaning (SSPC-SP 1), Hand Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2), Power Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3), Commercial Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 6/NACE No. 3) and Near-White Metal Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 10/NACE No. 2).
