The Sarasota-Manatee Airport Authority is soliciting bids for the construction of three rental car facilities in Sarasota, Florida.

Exterior work involves a three-coat system of alkyd on steel, galvanized metal and aluminum substrates. A three-coat system of latex is required on stainless steel substrates.
Interior work is scheduled to include a three-coat system of latex on non-traffic concrete, aluminum, galvanized metal, stainless steel, plastic and gypsum board surfaces, as well as concrete masonry units. Specified concrete surfaces will require a two-coat system of concrete sealer. Steel surfaces will require two and three-coat system of alkyd and latex. Specified concrete substrates will require a three-coat system of epoxy.
Surfaces will require preparation in accordance with standards for Solvent Cleaning (SSPC-SP 1), Hand Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2), Commercial Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 6/NACE No. 3) and Brush-Off Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 7/NACE No. 4).
The owner-specified manufacturers for this project are Benjamin Moore & Co., Dulux, Duron, PPG, Sherwin-Williams and Tnemec.
