Nauset Public Schools is soliciting bids for the construction of new high school buildings in Eastham, Massachusetts.

Exterior work involves a two-coat system of penetrating sealer on concrete substrates, a two-coat system of polyurethane on galvanized metal substrates and a three-coat system of urethane on ferrous metal substrates.
Interior work is scheduled to include a three-coat system of latex on concrete masonry units, gypsum board, metal and plaster surfaces; a single-coat system of polyurethane on specified wood surfaces; and a three-coat system of epoxy and urethane on specified concrete surfaces.
Surfaces will require preparation in accordance with standards for Solvent Cleaning (SSPC-SP 1), Hand Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2), Power Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3), White Metal Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 5/NACE No. 1), Commercial Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 6/NACE No. 3), Brush-Off Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 7/NACE No. 4), Pickling (SSPC-SP 8) and Brush-Off Blast Cleaning of Galvanized Metal (SSPC-SP 16).
Manufacturers specified for this project include Cortec Corporation, DuPont, Euclid, Evonik, Fox Industries, PPG, Sherwin-Williams, Sika, Sto Corp. and Tnemec.
