This project involves the construction and painting of commercial office space, as well as utility services and various site work at the Yellow Fever Creek Park Reserve in Cape Coral, Florida.

The City of Cape Coral is soliciting bids for construction on the Yellow Fever Creek Park Reserve.

Exterior work involves a three-coat system of concrete primer and latex on fiber cement shingles and trim surfaces, and a three-coat system of latex on all metal substrates.
Interior work is scheduled to include a three-coat system of epoxy on concrete and masonry substrates, and a three-coat system of latex on all ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces, including columns, joints, trusses, beams, ornamental iron and door frames.
Surfaces are to be cleaned and prepared according to standards for Hand Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 2), Power Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3), Brush-Off Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 7/NACE No. 4) and Bare Metal Power Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 11).
Manufacturers specified for this project are Behr, Benjamin Moore & Co., Sherwin-Williams or an approved equal.
