Exterior work involves application of a three-coat system of alkyd urethane enamel on unprimed, shop-primed, architectural and galvanized steel substrates. Cement surfaces will require a three-coat system consisting of one coat concrete sealant and two coats latex.
Interior work is scheduled to include application of a three-coat system of latex on unprimed steel surfaces and a four-coat system consisting of three coats latex and one coat enamel on shop-primed steel surfaces.
Gypsum board substrates will require a three-coat system of latex and a three-coat system consisting of one coat latex, two coats epoxy.
Wood surfaces will require a six-coat system consisting of one coat filler, two coats stain and three coats varnish. Other wood substrates involve a three-coat system of alkyd urethane.
Concrete surfaces will require a three-coat system of sealant and concrete masonry substrates will require a three-coat system of epoxy.
Manufacturers specified for this project are Behr, PPG, Pratt & Lambert and Sherwin-Williams.
