In this project, all exterior wood siding surfaces are to be coated using a two-coat system that is made up of one coat of primer and one coat of acrylic. The wood ramp surfaces are to be coated using a two-coat system that consists of one coat of primer followed by one coat of acrylic stain.
All exterior metal railings are to be coated using a one-coat acrylic system.
All windows and doors shall be coated using a three-coat system that is made up of one coat primer and two coats of urethane enamel.
All surfaces to be coated shall be cleaned and power washed.
