All other exterior surfaces shall be painted using a three-coat system of one coat primer and two coats of latex.
In this project, the interior surfaces of the building shall be coated using a three-coat latex system of one coat primer and two coats finish. For acoustic panels and tiles, the surfaces shall be painted using a two-coat latex system on one coat of primer and one coat of topcoat.
