In this project, all interior wood surfaces will be coated using a three-coat system that is made up of three coats of latex. Interior metal surfaces will be coated using a three-coat system consisting of three coats of flat latex. Interior ceiling and wall pipes will be coated using a one-coat system of latex dry fall.

Exterior wood will be coated using a three-coat system consisting of three coats of acrylic. Metal on the exterior will be coated using a three-coat system of acrylic enamel.
All metal surfaces to be coated shall be cleaned with the standards associated with Power-Tool Cleaning (SSPC-SP 3).
The brands specified for this project are Tnemec, Glidden Professional, Sherwin-Williams and PPG.
