CA School Seeks Remodel Bids

The Tulare City School District in Tulare, California, is seeking bids for the remodel of the Live Oak Middle School locker room. The Tulare City School District is home to over 10,000 students.

The submittal date for this project is March 2.

Scope of Work

In this project, all interior wood surfaces will be coated using a three-coat system that is made up of three coats of latex. Interior metal surfaces will be coated using a three-coat system consisting of three coats of flat latex. Interior ceiling and wall pipes will be coated using a one-coat system of latex dry fall.

The brands specified for this project are Tnemec, Glidden Professional, Sherwin-Williams and PPG.
