Scope of Work
In this project, all exterior metal shall be coated using a three-coat system made up of one coat of primer followed by two coats of alkyd. Exterior wood surfaces are to be coated using a three-coat system that will consist of one coat of primer followed by two coats of vapex house paint. All concrete and plaster shall be coated using a two-coat system that is exterior latex.

All interior masonry will be coated using a three-coat system that is made up of one coat of filler, one undercoat and one coat of alkyd. Interior metal will be coated using a three-coat system that consists of one coat of primer, one undercoat and one coat of semi-gloss enamel.
Interior wood will be coated using a three-coat system composed of one coat of enamel undercoat followed by two coats of semi-gloss enamel. Finally, all concrete on the interior will be coated using a two-coat system that is composed of alkyd.
The brands specified for this project are Pratt & Lambert, PPG, Sherwin-Williams and KWAL.
