NE Commission Seeks Bids for Cabin Upgrades

The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking bids for the upgrade of its cabins.

The submittal date for this project is Jan. 19.

Scope of Work

In this project, all exterior metal shall be coated using a three-coat system made up of one coat of primer followed by two coats of alkyd. Exterior wood surfaces are to be coated using a three-coat system that will consist of one coat of primer followed by two coats of vapex house paint. All concrete and plaster shall be coated using a two-coat system that is exterior latex.

Interior wood will be coated using a three-coat system composed of one coat of enamel undercoat followed by two coats of semi-gloss enamel. Finally, all concrete on the interior will be coated using a two-coat system that is composed of alkyd.

The brands specified for this project are Pratt & Lambert, PPG, Sherwin-Williams and KWAL.
