The City of Manhattan Beach is currently seeking contractors to coat the Block 35 Elevated Tank in Manhattan Beach, California.

Contractors will abrasive blast clean the interior and exterior surfaces to Near White standards (SSPC-SP 10/NACE No. 2).
The interior surfaces will be coated with a 100% solids epoxy system. The exterior surfaces will be coated with an epoxy-urethane system.
Containment is required. There is also an additive bid item for the performance of dehumidification.
The owner-approved coating manufacturers include Tnemec, Devoe, International, Sika or an approved equal.
