Exterior concrete, stucco and masonry will receive a three-coat system that consists of two coats of low-luster acrylic finish and one coat of semi-gloss acrylic. Any exterior ferrous metal will receive a two-coat system that consists of primer and a finish coat of acrylic enamel.
Interior concrete and masonry will be coated using a two-coat system that consists of low-luster acrylic and semi-gloss acrylic. Interior concrete masonry will receive a coat of semi-gloss waterborne acrylic epoxy. Gypsum surfaces will receive a two-coat system that consists of a primer and a finish coat of semi-gloss acrylic enamel.
Plaster will receive two coats of finish over a primer. Interior wood in this project will be coated using a three-coat system that consists of two coats of acrylic enamel over a primer. Interior ferrous metal will be coated with a two-coat system consisting of full-gloss acrylic-enamel and semi-gloss acrylic-enamel.
Surface preparation for ferrous metal surfaces in this project should follow the standards associated with SSPC-SP 6/NACE No. 3 (Commercial Abrasion Blast).
