Scope of Work

This project involves the remodeling of an existing building.

All interior gypsum drywall surfaces that require a semi-gloss 100% acrylic coat shall be coated using a three-coat system that consists of one coat of flat wall paint and two coats of interior semi-gloss acrylic paint. Any interior acoustic celling panel and grid surfaces within this project should be coated using a two-coat system consisting of waterborne acrylic dryfall.

Interior gypsum drywall surfaces that require a high-performance finish are to be coated using a three-coat system that is comprised of one coat of interior flat wall paint and two coats of waterborne acrylic epoxy. Finally, interior ferrous metals in this project are to be coated using a three-coat system that will consist of one coat of interior metal primer and two coats of interior semi-gloss acrylic paint.

Approved coating manufacturers for this project are Benjamin Moore, Fuller-O’Brien, Glidden and Dunn-Edwards.
