The Technical College System of Georgia is seeking bids for the renovation of the 1300 Building at Coastal Pines Technical College, in Waycross, Georgia.

All interior CMU substrates will be coated using a three-coat system consisting of three coats of latex. All steel substrates will be coated using a three-coat system consisting of one coat alkyd followed by two coats of latex. Finally, all galvanized steel structures will be coated using a three-coat system consisting of primer and two coats of latex.
Surface preparation occurring on any touch-up painted surfaces will be prepared using the specifications associated with Shop Painting (SSPC-PA 1).
Approved coating manufacturers include: Behr, Benjamin Moore, Glidden and Sherwin-Williams.
